Site Managers and Administrators can view and manage valet visits in real time. From creating visits to tracking status updates, this module provides full visibility and control over the visit lifecycle.

Visit Status Overviewโ
Each visit can move through several statuses:
- Pending
- Parking In Progress
- Parked
- Return Requested
- Return In Progress
- Completed

Workflow: Creating a Visitโ
1. Select Organization and Siteโ
Start by choosing the org and site for the visit to ensure it's logged under the correct location.
2. Enter Customer Detailsโ
- Name
- Phone number
3. Provide Vehicle Informationโ
- Plate number
- Make
- Model
- Color
4. Assign Key Mapping IDโ
This field helps track the car's physical key.
5. Submit the Visitโ
Click Create Visit to generate a new entry. A confirmation message will appear.

Return Car Requestedโ
When a customer initiates a return request, the visit status updates accordingly.

Assign a Valetโ
Assign a valet driver to return the vehicle to the customer.

The visit status changes to Completed once the vehicle is returned and logged.

- Always verify customer phone number before visit creation
- Key ID is required and should be unique
