๐ Reporting
The Reporting module allows Site Managers to analyze valet activity, employee performance, and revenue trends over time. Reports help drive operational decisions and improve service efficiency.
Workflow: Using the Reporting Pageโ
1. Access the Reporting Pageโ
Navigate to the Reports section from the Site Manager dashboard.
2. Select a Time Rangeโ
Use the built-in date picker to define your desired time frame:
- Hourly
- Daily
- Weekly
- Custom Range

3. Choose a Report Typeโ
Options include:
- Visit Summary โ Total, completed, and pending visits
- Revenue Report โ Total earnings for the selected period
- Employee Performance โ Task volume and completion rates by valet

4. Filter and Sort the Dataโ
You can apply filters such as:
- Specific valet employees
- Visit status
- Vehicle types

- Date/time
- Revenue
- Visit count

5. View Charts and Graphsโ
Reports include visualizations like:
