The Reporting module allows Site Managers to analyze valet activity, employee performance, and revenue trends over time. Reports help drive operational decisions and improve service efficiency.


Workflow: Using the Reporting Pageโ€‹

1. Access the Reporting Pageโ€‹

Navigate to the Reports section from the Site Manager dashboard.


2. Select a Time Rangeโ€‹

Use the built-in date picker to define your desired time frame:

  • Hourly
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Custom Range

3. Choose a Report Typeโ€‹

Options include:

  • Visit Summary โ€“ Total, completed, and pending visits
  • Revenue Report โ€“ Total earnings for the selected period
  • Employee Performance โ€“ Task volume and completion rates by valet

4. Filter and Sort the Dataโ€‹

You can apply filters such as:

  • Specific valet employees
  • Visit status
  • Vehicle types

  • Date/time
  • Revenue
  • Visit count

5. View Charts and Graphsโ€‹

Reports include visualizations like:

6. Export the Reportโ€‹

You can export any report as:

  • PDF (for sharing)
  • CSV (for analysis)
