✅ Completing a Visit

Once a customer requests their vehicle for return, the visit must be finalized properly in the system.


Workflow

  1. Locate the Visit
    Use the dashboard or ticket number.

  2. Retrieve the Vehicle
    Drive it to the designated pickup area.

  3. Handoff to Customer

    • Confirm customer identity
    • Collect payment if applicable
  4. Close the Visit
    Mark it as Completed in the dashboard.
