🅿️ Parking the Vehicle

Once a visit has been created, your next responsibility is to park the customer’s vehicle and update the system.


Workflow

  1. Retrieve Visit Record
    Use the ticket number or find the visit in your dashboard.

  2. Park the Vehicle
    Move the vehicle to the designated spot.

  3. Log Parking Location
    Enter the parking zone or key mapping location in the app.

  4. Update Status
    Mark the visit as Parked.
